Shorter post! This last week was fun because Jeffrey came to visit. The girls and babies all loved it as much as I did! He was only here for a few days, but he got to do the same jobs that I did so it was a great time. This week there were some days that all the babies decided to need extra attention at the same time, so it was perfect timing that we had extra help. He also made a great addition to our soccer team on Sunday. We went on another night game drive with Kim and the SM girls the first night he got here, which was so fun! We saw hyenas and zebras, and even heard hyenas cackling. Here are some pictures!

To name a few things that have been going on:
We have a new baby names Jowie, who is a few weeks old! I'll put a picture of him in.
Classes with Angel have been going fun, four of us take turns tutoring or playing with her every day, and we're getting the hang of teaching.
We have a new girl here! Her name is Shekinah, and she is 17 years old. I don't have a picture of her but she is very sweet and writes her own poetry and songs! She is always smiling and she helped us make chapati (we tried to do it on our own just the SMs and it did not turn out how it usually does). Shekinah will be with us until December!
Having only five girls at the Trust feels a bit more empty, but I think the smaller girls have been breaking out of their shell more. Sharleen used to never talk when I first got here, but she's gotten a lot more bold and laughs all the time. Naitai has learned to use her sass very well and she's always making us laugh.
We started doing more game nights in the evenings now that the girls are out of school! They have a few favorite games, including one called Cat and Mouse which goes pretty much how it sounds. The girls loved having Jeffrey here because he was fast whenever he was the "cat" and they love to run.
There are bees on the property and the men had to move the hives a few days this week, and we had to take cover whenever they did because the bees would wake up angry at being displaced. One night one got inside the dining room and it was the most chaotic 20 minutes as we tried to run but stay inside. Once we were all back in our rooms we were able to laugh at ourselves though.
We still get periodic visitors! Usually they are passing through on a safari but we had one dentist couple come, and Kim and them went on the Giving Safari, a short term dental clinic mission trip that happens a few times a year. There's more information about that on the Olmalaika website!
The SM girls are getting dresses tailored here which we'll be getting in about a week! We are so very excited.
Here are a few more pictures from last week!

That's the end :) See you in the next one!
